Where we ship

We currently ship only to valid addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Radiant Sales Corp from 5600 Airport Blvd, Tampa, FL 33634, United States and are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing window does not include carrier transit time. We ship with FedEx; transit time begins after processing and depends on the delivery location. We will show the available FedEx service and estimate at checkout and send a tracking link by email once your order ships.

High-volume periods, severe weather, FedEx disruptions, and address problems may cause delays. Contact us promptly if the shipping address on your order is incorrect.

Tracking and delivery issues

FedEx tracking may take time to update after a label is created. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact FedEx before emailing us. We will help investigate, but delivery timelines and claim outcomes are controlled by FedEx.
